Return & Refund Policy

Easy returns are accepted within 30 days for a refund if you're not happy with your purchase. The guidelines shown below can help you file a return request via your order page. Whatever you ask, we will try our best to comply. Contacting us via email ([email protected]) is the recommended method of initial communication.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging.
  • We won't accept returns of anything made without permission.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All products must be undamaged or unopened, unused, in their original packing, and in the same state as when they were delivered to you. Also required is the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • Customers must select a delivery option that offers tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.

General Return Process

  • Sign in to your account or look up a previous order and select the items you would like to return or exchange.
  • Returning items can be sent back in the original packaging with the provided return label.
  • We'll track your return items back to us and let you know once they arrive.
  • Once back in our warehouse, your returned items will be inspected, processed, and refunded ASAP!

Costs

  • We will give you a complete refund if the return is the result of our errors (such as wrong products or product quality issues);
  • Should the return be the result of the customer's error (such as: not liking/wanting the item, ordering the incorrect product/size), the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Non-returnable items:

  • Refunds are not accepted for items on sale.
  • Customer-caused damage or loss is not refundable.

Exchanges

Online order exchanges are not currently available. The original product must be returned for a refund, and the replacement must be purchased separately.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your Paypal payment method within a 2-3 day period.

Policies

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them. All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
